Custom Made-to-Measure Orders
All items in this shop are custom-made to order, crafted specifically for each customer based on their measurements and preferences. Because every order is unique and produced exclusively for you, please review the following important policies before placing your order.
Returns, Alterations & Refund Policy
We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every garment we create. Your satisfaction is important to us.
We accept returns and offer a free alteration or full refund only in the following cases:
Manufacturing defect — e.g. stitching errors, fabric damage, or poor finishing that is our fault
Measurement error on our part — i.e. the final garment does not match the measurements we confirmed with you
In either case, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and offer either a free alteration or a full refund based on the nature of the problem.
Returns are NOT accepted in the following cases:
Incorrect measurements submitted by the customer at the time of ordering
Change of mind after the order has been placed or garment has been made
Colour or fabric variations due to differences in screen display vs. actual product
Delays caused by shipping carriers after the item has been dispatched

It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide accurate measurements at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect fit resulting from inaccurate measurements. Yes, we offer full customization including sizing, color, fabric and embroidery. After purchase we'll send you a measurement guide. Custom orders are non-refundable since they're made specifically for you. For urgent deadlines, message us before ordering.
Sizing details
Every outfit is made using your body measurements for an accurate and comfortable fit. After you place the order, we send you a detailed measurement guide showing how to measure chest, shoulders, sleeves, waist, hips, length, and more. You can share measurements in message or upload a photo/video for clarity. Standard size options (S, M, L, XL) are also available on request. If needed, we can even assist through video call for correct measuring.
Care instructions
Professional dry cleaning is recommended to preserve the fabric, structure, and embroidery. If steaming at home, use low heat and avoid direct contact with zari or threadwork. Always store in a breathable garment bag, keep away from moisture and direct sunlight, and avoid hanging heavy embroidered garments for long periods to prevent stretching.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We offer premium gift wrapping suitable for birthdays, weddings, and special occasions. Each wrapped item includes protective packaging and can be shipped directly to the recipient. If you want to add a custom message, greeting card, or occasion note, please share details after checkout. We do not include pricing in gift orders.
Wholesale availability
We offer wholesale pricing for bulk orders, boutique sourcing, and event uniforms. Custom sizing, branding, and color options are available depending on the order. Minimum order quantities may apply.
