PART 1: SHOP POLICY
Custom Made-to-Measure Orders
All items in this shop are custom-made to order, crafted specifically for each customer based on their measurements and preferences. Because every order is unique and produced exclusively for you, please review the following important policies before placing your order.
Returns, Alterations & Refund Policy
We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every garment we create. Your satisfaction is important to us.
We accept returns and offer a free alteration or full refund only in the following cases:

Manufacturing defect — e.g. stitching errors, fabric damage, or poor finishing that is our fault
Measurement error on our part — i.e. the final garment does not match the measurements we confirmed with you

In either case, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and offer either a free alteration or a full refund based on the nature of the problem.
Returns are NOT accepted in the following cases:

Incorrect measurements submitted by the customer at the time of ordering
Change of mind after the order has been placed or garment has been made
Colour or fabric variations due to differences in screen display vs. actual product
Delays caused by shipping carriers after the item has been dispatched

We strongly recommend that you carefully review all sizing guides before ordering, contact us with any questions prior to placing your order, and double-check your measurements against the size chart provided.
Sizing & Measurements
It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide accurate measurements at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect fit resulting from inaccurate measurements. If you are unsure about your measurements, please reach out to us before placing your order and we will be happy to guide you.
Order Processing & Delivery
Each garment is made to order and requires a production lead time. Estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on order volume and shipping carrier.
Custom & Special Requests
We welcome custom requests such as specific fabrics, design modifications, and personalised embroidery. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss your requirements. Additional charges may apply for special customisations.

PART 2: PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy explains how Paridhan Tailors (operated by Pradhyumn Parihar) collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you purchase from our Etsy shop or contact us directly.
1. Information We Collect
To process and fulfil your order, we collect: your full name and delivery address, email address and contact number, payment details (processed securely through Etsy — we do not store card data), order details including item specifications and custom measurements, and any additional information you voluntarily share for custom requests.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to fulfil and deliver your order, communicate with you regarding your order, provide customer support, maintain records for tax and accounting purposes, improve our products and services, send marketing communications only with your explicit consent (you may opt out at any time), and comply with Etsy's Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
3. Legal Basis for Processing

Contract Performance: Processing is necessary to fulfil your order.
Legal Obligation: We are required by law to retain certain records (e.g. tax records).
Legitimate Interests: To improve our services, provided this does not override your rights.
Consent: For optional communications such as marketing emails, which you may withdraw at any time.

4. Information Sharing & Disclosure
We share your data only in limited circumstances: with Etsy as required by their Seller Policy, with trusted third-party shipping providers strictly to deliver your order, in the event of a business sale or transfer as permitted by law, and to comply with legal processes or prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. Data Retention

Order and transaction records: up to 7 years (as required by law)
Customer communication records: up to 2 years after your last interaction
Marketing consent records: until you withdraw consent or request deletion

6. International Data Transfers
Your data may be stored or processed outside your home country through Etsy's platform. For transfers from the EU/EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission. Our infrastructure provider, Google Cloud, maintains appropriate data transfer certifications.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information. Payment information is handled exclusively through Etsy's secure payment infrastructure. In the event of a data breach posing risk to your rights, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.

Our services are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
